How does it work with the Photo Jewelry?

All you need to do is email us your photo and let us know if you would like the photo in black and white or color, and then we do the rest of the work.

How long will it take to receive Photo Jewelry?

From the time we receive your order & photos, it should take 1-2 weeks for photo or custom made jewelry and then add another couple days depending on delivery. Depending on where you live, delivery times will vary. If you need something earlier, let us know and we can try to accommodate you (Rush charges may apply). 

What is your Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is important to us, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email me within 3 days of receiving your product. Returns have to be in its original condition and packaging for an exchange within 3-5 days of receiving your item(s). Shipping & handling is non-refundable.

** We are unable to return any earrings due to hygienic reasons, and we are also unable to return custom made jewelry, photo jewelry and hand-stamped jewelry.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Most Sterling silver jewelry will tarnish with time. To avoid the natural oxidizing process, keep your jewelry in resealable plastic bags. Polish jewelry with a standard cleaning cloth and keep all jewelry DRY. (Especially the photo charms – they are NOT guaranteed to be waterproof!!)
